
Your visit to Freixenet
Freixenet, despite being one of the largest producers of cava in the world, remains a family business. The visit is a great opportunity to learn about the tradition and culture of the magnificent world of cava. You will walk through the cellars and immerse yourself in the process of making their products. You will get to know the new facilities where tradition and cutting-edge technology coexist and you will enjoy an authentic wine tourism experience.
The visit consists of:
Video presentation in the auditorium to introduce you to the history of Freixenet from 1914 to the present.
Guided tour of the century-old cellars with explanations about the wine-growing area, grape varieties and the process of making our cavas.
Tasting of two glasses of cava that can be complemented with extra tastings, appetizers and tapas at the Cava Bar.
Booking conditions:
Monday to Friday and Sunday visits at 11:30am in English and 12pm in Spanish. Saturdays at 11:30am and 2:30pm in English and 12pm and 3pm in Spanish.*

The Espai Xocolata tour
Do you know the name of the cocoa tree? Have you ever seen one of its pods? Do you want to try freshly-made chocolate? In the Espai Xocolata Simón Coll you will be able to do all this and more, as well as seeing how we make our chocolate. We will also teach you how to taste it in the best possible way.
