Booking conditions


These General Conditions of Employment have the aim to regulate the relationship between CHOCOLATES SIMÓN COLL  S.A. (onwards, “SIMÓN COLL”) and you (onwards, the “Client”), relative to any transaction made through the web page  (onwards, the “Website”) consisting in the booking of guided visits and Company activities (onwards, the “Services”).


The booking of Services offered by SIMÓN COLL must be done by activating the BOOK press button found at several parts of Simón Coll Chocolate Experience section, and expresses the total acceptance of these General Conditions of Employment before the booking of Services, without the application of novelties that might happen to the General Conditions of Employment clause afterwards.

By accepting this, the user acquires the Client of SIMÓN COLL condition described in these General Conditions of Employment. Any service offered afterwards by SIMÓN COLL must be booked again.

If the Client wishes to read more carefully the General Conditions of Employment, he or she can print the paper or download the file digitally.

SIMÓN COLL  will send to the Client, after he accepted all these General Conditions of Employment, a justification of the booked Services via e-mail or registered mail (return receipt).

If the Client makes a mistake when sending the electronic information, he/she will be able to modify them by contacting the Customer Client at the Simón Coll Chocolate Experience Visitors´Centre.



The applicable prices to any Service are the ones indicated in the Website at the moment of booking, and all of them include VAT taxes (Value-Added Tax).
SIMÓN COLL reserves the right to modify the Website at any moment and without notice, being able to update the Services based on the market on a daily basis.

Method of Payment

The acquisition of Services can be effectuated through any of the following ways:
– Through Credit or Debit card (Visa, MasterCard).
– Through Pay Pal System.

Visiting conditions

The visit will start punctually at the arranged time. In case of delay  for personal reasons or or external causes, the CLIENT will be able to join the rest of the group and will be able to enjoy the visit for the remaining time. In case of arriving later than one hour, the CLIENT will have lost his reservation and will not be able to claim any refund nor asking to be relocated in another tour.

Visits must be booked in advance because of their limited capacity. In case of showing up without a reservation, one might join a visit if there are free places.

In case the CLIENT (or part of the people to whom the CLIENT has booked for) does not appear on the day of the visit at the reserved time, he will have lost his reservation and he will not be able to claim any refund and  The CLIENT will not be able to ask for the tickets either.


Reservation modification. SIMÓN COLL offers the Client the possibility to modify his reservation (in day or number of people) up to 24 hours before the visit. If the modification is related to the date of the visit, you can do it via mail to or by calling +34 93 891 10 95. If the modification refers to the number of people, on the rise, the customer must make a new reservation for the additional person / persons. If it is to change down, you can do so via email to or by calling 93 891 10 95.


SIMÓN COLL offers the CLIENT the possibility of canceling his/her reservation. If the CLIENT has entered as a “registered user”, you can cancel through the “CANCEL VISIT” button of your user account. If the CLIENT has entered as a “guest user”, you can cancel your reservation by sending an email to indicating the name of the reservation, date and time of the visit. Cancellations by other communication ways, will not be accepted.
The cancellation policy will be:

For Visits up to 19 places and combined visits:
Up to 24h before the visit: without charge.
Less than 24 hours before the visit, there will be no refund.

For visits more than 20 adults:
Up to 3 calendar days before the visit: without charge.
Less than 3 calendar days before the visit, there will be no refund.

SIMÓN COLL reserves the right to modify unilaterally the content, the route and the visit’s length for reasonable issues like lack of electricity, mechanical or computer failures, etc.

In the event of SIMÓN COLL canceling the visit because of any Company-related issues before it starts, there will be the right to refund the paid charges.

SIMÓN COLL guarantees the quality of the Service booked through the Website. The Company also guarantees all the rights assured by the law offered to the customers and the users.

The Client will be able to cancel the booked Services if any of these General Conditions of Employment are broken.


The Client is obliged to make proper use of the Services, without contravening the current legislation nor attacking other people’s rights.

The Client guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information given in the booking applications, avoiding any damage to SIMÓN COLL because of their mistakes.

SIMÓN COLL will be able to remove or cancel the booked Services without prior notice if the Client breaks any of these General Conditions of Employment. The Client will neither have the right to get any compensation.


Notwithstanding the anticipated thing in indicated in each one of the forms of the Web Site, the personal information provided by the Client will become part of a SIMÓN COLL’s file in order to manage and attend the request, as well as giving information about our products via e-mail and post.

The Client has the right to log in, rectify, cancel and object and he can also revoke the given consent to receive commercial communications by sending an e-mail to


The intellectual and industrial property rights of the creations, marks, logos and anything that can be protected, appearing in SIMÓN COLL’s Website belong exclusively to SIMÓN COLL or to others that have authorized their appearance in the Website. Non-authorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of any of these creations, marks, logos, etc. is an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of SIMÓN COLL, and may lead to legal actions.

Also, the Website information to which the Client may have access to can also be protected by industrial, intellectual or any other rights. SIMÓN COLL will not be responsible under any circumstance for any legal infringement the Client may do.


Whether any conflict or disagreement about the interpretation or application of these General Conditions of Employment appeared, the Courts, which would know about the issue, would be decided based on the applicable law of competent jurisdiction, which it’s understood, as being final consumers, to the place of the required obligation or the home direction of the buyer.

In case of a trading made by a company, both parts submit themselves, with express waiver, to the Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
